Inspired by classic European eateries of yesteryear, as well as new-American cooking styles, Owner and Chef Travis Masiero brings together old-school favourites with a fresh and wholesome twist. Situated at the fringe of Singapore's business district, Luke's references the cooking repertoire of America's east coast, particularly Boston, where much of the seafood and oysters are sourced.
The current conditions in America prevent us from offering our Signature east coast oysters, jumbo scallops and cold water clams. I have been on the phone with my partners in Boston and they assure me that once this passes, and it will pass, our supply will continue unhindered.
